New member here.

I have been avoiding ford's my whole life. My sister has always told me how much she loved her expedition. I came across a good deal on one and my wife seemed to like it, so we bought it

Now I'm having problems with it (seems like VCT solenoid check my other thread) so I ended up here looking for guidance.

I'm from airdrie Alberta. I've been working on cars since I was 8 with my dad

I learned the wrong way to do everything from him.

Now that I'm a little older I have done most jobs that don't require an engine lift. I also don't mind paying someone else to do the work that I don't want to do.

I used to play around in the import scene when we were first able to bring in skylines and supras from Japan.

Now I'm a father to 5 kids and my time is spent playing with them.

My oldest is 17, my youngest is 11.

Any questions let me know. I'll pop in once in a while to see how things are going but I don't think I have the time to live on a web forum like I used to

Welcome, but in all humor might a white Expedition get lost in the great white north winters?

Actually in the winter white vehicles tend to turn a dark brown. So they are still pretty visible.

My wife will be driving this one if it ever gets running again. She tends to wash her vehicles a lot more than me though, so I suppose there is a chance we could lose it in the parking lot in a snow storm.

But on those days we tend to just leave the SUV at home and take the dog sleds
