Gunk around spark plug..can't remove it

Hello I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer with the 5.4 and in 2 of the spark plugs there's what I'm guessing to be oil buildup of some sort around the part where the socket should sit. It's had an engine replaced for faulty fuel injectors 4 years ago and since then only has 36k on it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Spray brake or carb cleaner and air.

Make sure it is as clean as possible b4 removing the plugs.

What he said. I tried a can of compressed air and it wasn't powerful enough, have to use an air compressor to blow that crap out of there.
