Has anyone ran RUTHENIUM HX in a 2007 5.4?

I see some thread post of like 2017’s and newer, running NGK‘s. But I’m wondering if anyone has ran NGK’s on the 2007 expedition Eddie Bauer edition. I’d really like to try to max out performance and hopefully get a little bit better gas mileage with a better spark which I think the NGK’s would do.

Ironic timing -- I just installed these on Saturday. Haven't had a chance to test their performance yet as I'm waiting on parts (replacing the AC compressor, alternator, and some idler pulleys while I'm under the hood) but will report back once I have some miles on them.

I will say, despite claims of increased life I'll still replace them at 50k intervals. This is the only engine I've ever had that builds up so much stuff on the spark plugs. Leaving even good plugs in for too long makes removal sketchy even with antiseize on the threads.

Looking at the condition of the plugs I removed I'm genuinely surprised the truck ran as well as it did.
