headlamp alignment

Just noticed that the passenger size main beam is higher than the drivers side. Strange since the low beams are completely level. I've tried removing the unit to see if the bulb was installed correctly but seems OK. Also the vertical alignment seems fixed on these units.

My '03 actually came with the drivers side headlight out of alignment. I aligned it a little bit better following the procedure in the manual but I still had my dealer redo it when I took the vehicle in. Poor initial quality?

FYI: It is the horizontal movement that is fixed, they can be adjusted vertically. But of course it is the whole assy that moves so that wouldn't have fixed your issue.
