Headlights

Just wondering if anyone has the wiring diagram for the headlights and switch, 2002 EB 5.4

My headlights didn't shut-off after I turned them off??? I'll assume a relay is sticking ?I do have aftermarket HID kit, but it seems to be the switch or relay which I assume there is one?

2004 expedition pass headlight

Would anyone have the wiring for the 2004? Fuse fine. Replaced headlight. High beams work. I have service manuals but not the electrical manual.

SM reads CJB C270b Pin 5 circuit 160 DB/WH (LH)
Pin 9 Circuit 161 DG/OG (RH)

then test circuit 57 BK

where is C270b?

Helping a friend of mine - he has a 2000 XLT. He did an engine wash over the weekend and now the headlamps are always on even with the switch off. Which module do I start with first?
