I am desperate for help, my 03 expedition starting having a long crank time, but would eventually turn over and then started cutting out while driving. I changed the fuel filter, made sure the battery cables we're good, and have just changed the fuel pump with no avail. I also replaced the fuel pump relay fuse. NOTHING has helped. Any ideas?...

Did you post on Ford-Trucks with the same issue?
I had the same issues as you and ended up being either the cam or crank position sensor so I replaced both as they are fairly inexpensive at <$40 each
