Sometimes does it at idle and almost always does it a low speed. It sounds like metallic popcorn, and I haven't had any luck identifying the source of the sound on my own. 08 Expedition King Ranch 5.4 Triton with 130,000 miles. No noticeable change in performance. Hopefully someone has heard this and can point me in the right direction.
