A siren noise under the hood, close to the pulley area on the passenger side of engine, started last week while driving. It does it when I'm accelerating over 30mph, and stops when I take my foot off gas. I took it to a shop and they changed the tensioner, alternator, and idle pulleys including the belt. It cost me $750.00 and it's still doing it. After I picked it up from the shop, it was working fine until a few days later I made a U Turn and it started again. My power steering is fine and the fluid is full.

When I turn the truck off, I get this noise coming from the power steering area next to the engine drivers side. The longer I drive before turning the truck off, the louder the buzz is. I just noticed this a few days ago. Again, my power steering is fine and fluid is full.

If you listen close at the start of the video, you can hear a knocking sound. This has been going on for a few months. It only makes the knocking noise in idle, or when I'm stopped at a light with foot on brake.
I know this is alot. I desperately need help. I've got a family that depends on me and the vehicle.
