I have a 2000 XLT that has been acting strange. I noticed one day that my battery had died, so I had someone jump me off and everything was fine. Well, the next day, when I got to work, I turned off the vehicle, and I heard the fresh air blower still on. Then my headlights would come on by themselves. That explained why my battery was draining. Also, sometimes when I put it in drive, the radio goes out, but when I put it back in park, the radio comes back on. I have never experienced this before, and I am baffled at why this is happening. Could someone please tell me what to do!! Thanks in advanced.

I would look into the leaking windshield is causing your GEM to get wet... if all the different electrical issues

Like they said ^^^^^^^^The exact same thing just happened to another member on here. Can't remember who, but same thing. His battery was always dead the next morning after driving it, and he realized his fan was staying on due to the fact that he just had a new windshield put in, and it was not sealed properly and leaking in. Good luck.
