my 2008 expedition has develpoed a bad knock, has about 120,000 on it. Change oil regularly....knock sounds like it is coming from bottom of engine or exhaust....put fresh syn oil and some lucas oil treatment thinking it was a stuck valve or something. It is bad when you first start the vehicle but goes away after it warms up...oil pressure looks good and runs good....any ideas?

Bottom of the engine? Could be a rod knock. If you can get a video and post up.
