hi I have a 1999 ford expedition 5.4 4x4 im having a problem. its sputtering and has a loss power on acceleration from 0-30 its also burning more gas than normal. I had the codes checked at autozone and was told it was the mass air flow. so I changed it and I still have the problem all the symptoms say egr valve but its not blowing a code for it can anybody help

Have the codes read again and post them here.

I deleted your other post since it was a duplicate, only need one post for the same issue. That keeps all the replies in a nice, neat & orderly package.

had the codes twice at 2 different autozones and got the same code. even after I changed the mass air flow sensor

Could be a coil. Sometimes they start to go bad and do not throw a code.

Very possible But the OP did state that he had the same code come up twice To me that would mean he knows what the code is Now all he has to do is post it.
