My guess is you will be the 1st if you do it to be running them on a 3rd generation. I am the only one here as far as I know who bothered installing high flow cats at all but I am 1st generation. Most just remove the 2nd cats and a few have just eliminated them completely.

checkout knautial2001...he may be running high flows...most that i've heard are running flowmaster exhaust...but there are a few that run others like gibson...borla...spintech...and others....
he may be the 1st...not sure...but i do know youre not the only one running high flows...and not for 1st gens...
do a search for high flow...converter...and anything else you can think of along those lines because its out there....part numbers and all...at least for flowmaster high flows...
No disrespect Freeway but I was answering the 1st part of Bojo's question. Specifically high flow catalytic converters. Yes many if not most have done exhaust (cat back) with flowmasters mufflers, magnaflow, etc which can be considered high flow but thats not the same as high flow catalytic converters to which I was speaking.
Flowmaster actually does not make or sell catalytic converters.
If any others have installed high flow catalytic converters I would also be interested to know. Its just not the norm. Honestly it would not be beneficial to most expys unless they have some power adder that could benefit with the additional exhaust flow. I assume that is why Bojo is asking.

+2 if you dont have some extra machinery under the hood putting more air in it might not be worth it unless one of your cats go bad then replace them with high flow? i had 2 cut out and 1 replaced (was bad) and flowmaster 40 put on, sounds pretty good
