Hood latch replacement

I recently bought a 2008 XLT. I am having trouble repairing the hood latch. I believe the previous owners tried to fix the issue without knowing what they were doing. I tried searching for the correct size bolts for the latch but have come up short so far. Any help?

Bone yard. I would suspect they're pretty standard by manufacturer.
