Hot air 3rd row

2017 Limited. On a hot day in July with folks in 3rd row, they complained of hot air coming from vent on passenger side. AC was on and working okay, just had hot air hitting from vent about thigh level on right side. Anyone know what was causing this or even what this vent is for? I did try searching, but no luck.

It's probably low r134 charge.

AC vents in ceiling putting out cold air just fine. The vent in question is about 6 x 6 at thigh level on passenger side.

Similar issue on my 16 limited. Thinking there’s a blend door or something in the right rear fender well area. I don’t ride back there so I don’t know how often it does it but it’s a small nagging issue.

Sounds like the blend door actuator. Easy one to change is the one over the right rear fender well, the other one is harder to get to.
