how to install spider gears

I have a 97 expedition, i have recently taken out the rear spider gears and I am now going to replace..

I dont exactly remember how to do it, if anyone could help or direct me towards a website that might help.

They should have pins going thru them that you should've had to remove to remove them. you've got to align the spider gears up with the other gears & put pins back in. Sometimes they have shims in the rear of the spider gears that you've got to put back in. You should have seen these when you removed them. If not it's not the type that has shims
