How to shift to neutral

Good morning. I own a 2019 Ford Expedition limited max. Expedition died on me and won’t start or shift into neutral. Does anyone know how to shift the gear dial into neutral when truck won’t start or has electrical issues. Thank you for the help!

How's your battery ? The information is in your owners manual ( page 200-ish...)2019 Expedition Manual . Push the start/stop button to put your Expy in accessory mode, don't start it. Once you're in ACC mode push the brake pedal and gas pedal down at the same time and spin the transmission shift knob to the neutral position and press the M button on the knob. Once you see the transmission has shifted to neutral you can release the brake and gas pedal and the transmission should stay in neutral when you turn the Start button to OFF. If don't have have a good battery you need to jump it so there's a good 12v power supply on the vehicle.

Ok great! Thank you very much for that! I was trying to get it off tow truck and couldn’t figure it out. We used small L shaped skids to slide off flatbed. Appreciate the help!
