How to replace mirror "puddle" lights with LEDs? 2017 Expedition

Can a anyone give me some tips about how to replace the mirror "puddle" lights on my 2017 Expedition?

Yes. You buy these

And then use a flat head screwdriver to pull on the tab where the puddle light is and then swap them out. Eazy peezy.

Excellent video...many thanks! I just can't get the damn light fixture to come out of the mirror. Any tips how to wedge it out?

To be honest i just pulled the attaching tab back with a flathead and kind of pried it out of the mounting spot using the flathead as a lever. Took literally 30 seconds each side.
