today the Expy developed a new noise thats coming from the driver side sounds like a baseball card on a bicycle wheel wat the hell is it

Could be a wheel bearing. I'm assuming you only hear it while the car is moving?

i was thinking exhaust leak too i dont think its a blown plug it still has power and acceleration and rpms dont skip

Did you happen to look at the fan and see if something is hanging down into the fan? Just thinking that is the most likely source of your noise. Could even be something stuck on your fan and it is touching a part of the fan shroud.

Does it change speed with the RPM's or is it a consistent 'flicker'?

And it's from the engine area not interior (like your heater/AC fan) right?

Broken exhaust manifold stud and the manifold is now leaking.

My manifold leaks and here is a video I took to record a different sound, but all you can hear is the exhaust. It only works for about 10 seconds and the rest of the movie apparently didn;t upload very well. But you should be able to identify it.

sounds like a mini gun. yeah mine did that, but both my manifolds were cracked. that was a week of time to replace. all studs had to be drilled out. shop did a good job on it too. got my muffler replaced too while i was at it.
