Ignition accessory option

Used the test light with the ignition in the on position on both 20 & 21 no power to either

Ok I'll look into that Now using the test light place the ign switch in the ACC position and check for power into and out of fuse 8 this is for the radio circuit

I'm sorry but now that I figured out the acc was to go toward the rear the acc for the radio is working now.

now lets go back to fuse 20 and 21 They get their feed from fuse 111 under the hood check for power into and out of fuse 111 with your test light

Just now the adjustable pedals… memory module for the seats etc. And the rear wiper… which I'm guessing I need to pull the rear door danel and see if I'm getting power to the motor back there

Yeah when i pulled 111, 112, 113 they all had power

from the sounds of things you may have a bad Ign switch and the constant turning is getting it to work One thing you may want to get to help in the future is a copy of the;

Ford workshop manual on DVD. Can be obtained from seller "morpheousking" on e-bay. Cost about $10.00 Much better than Clymer, Haynes or Chilton and also includes wiring diagrams

Don't waste your money on a Clymer, Haynes or Chilton Manual.
It is well worth the $10.00 just make sure you get the DVD for your year as the seller has different DVD's for different years

They also have the procedures for checking out different components, and also making repairs to other systems mechanical/electrical

or you may want to check the fuses under the hood for any signs of corrosion on the contact points both on the fuse and in the fuse block Clean them if needed and you can also get some Noalox at Lowes or home depot to coat the contacts You can google noalox to see what it is used for
