Nope, not while breaking. When I'm running on highway I get vibration in the steering wheel, plus when I drive over white stripes in the road or those "cats eye" reflectors the truck is really sensitive to it. I was thinking maybe my tires are just real sensitive but then someone mentioned shocks. Wish i knew more about this stuff!!!
Like Ross said it's probably a tire issue. From what I've seen steering vibration is usually related to a tire problem, out of balance, low air pressure etc. May also be an alignment issue but I'd start with the tires. Mine is pretty sensitive to bumps as well but it only started after I put on the 285's and I'm running a higher tire pressure.
Another vote for getting your tires balanced. I had a set a couple years back that when I would take curves on the freeway I thought it was going to rattle all of the bolts out of my rig, not to mention my teeth. As a temp fix, I rotated the front to back, problem solved until I could get into the shop.
