Issues:

Drivers side window won't move, all other windows work. Fuse 22 okay
Memory button will not adjust seat positions.
Drivers side power seat, one click when seat position switch actuated but no seat movement.
Drivers seat heating & venting not working.
Power adjustable pedal switch can hear a click upon initial push of button, but no movement.
Power door locks do not work from either driver or passenger
Pass seat heating works occasionally (at least it lights up) no vent
Power tailgate
Power running boards didn't work (have been removed to be structurally rebuilt).
Can't program key fob.
Fold feature for mirrors. Fuse 3 okay
Power rear folding 3rd row seats

Related items that DO function:

Power passenger seat
Power Sun Roof
Power mirror glass positioning, also moves with memory settings.
Interior lights
Mirror puddle lights
4wd selector
HVAC control panel
Alarm warning light flashes

Checked wiring, including any of a violet color, ground G301 on drivers-side kick panel, and G300 on b pillar, and they are clean and secure, no apparent water intrusion (surprisingly)
All fuses for specific items in fuse box on passenger side kick panel for the non-working items were good.
All relays replaced with know good relays

Anyone have any suggestions what I can do further to figure out the whats causing these problems?

Thx

I replaced fuse 22 with new in the Central Junction Box, I swapped out know good Circuit Breakers to check C/B 401, and the Accessory Delay Relay Bllreaker.

I have an AlldataDIY account that I use for diagrams.

I purchased this vehicle many months ago with these and other issues.

The major issue was a non-charging alternator (so I thought). Previous Owner replaced alternator and battery, but problem still existed. I found the "replacement" alternator was bad. I replaced with a new Mercury Marauder 215 amp alternator, new alternator to battery harness, new battery to starter harness. New Starter (I broke the neg bolt).

I found severe rust issues on the core support/rocker panels etc., so repaired that, and now looking to resolve the issues listed above!

ok check fuse #30 it also is for the power window circuit use a meter or test light to check the fuse

being you have multiple issues lets do one at a time

the windows, mirrors, seats and pedals all go thru the drivers seat module due to the memory feature.

you may want to check the connectors under the seat

was the drivers side window motor ever changed by you or the previous owner
could be possible that it would need to be "Door Window Motor Initialization"

I checked fuse 30, 28, 22, 18, & 8 all good. Most all do duty for other equipment, and the other equipment, like sun foor, side mirrors, Quarter windows, all seemingly work as they should.

I have not changed, not sure about PO. The window glass appears to be original, but I guess it could at some point been changed with used.

I haven't checked connecting under the drivers seat yet. It's getting power of some kind as you can hear it click up each directional change of the position switch, same with the pedal switch!

you may need to remove the door panel and check the connector to the motor for voltage

also check the G200, G201, G202 grounds behind both front kick panels

Forgot to mention that I had already checked the grounds G200-02. All clean and tight. I have door panel off, will check with volt meter tomorrow.

My wiring/electrical prowess, or the lack there of will come shining through, but trying to learn. With the key ON, I checked the window wiring. At the C540 connection at the window motor, pin#2 (pink wire) accessory delay relay, is the only pin in this connector I got 12V, all other pins had no pwr. At the second connection from the main door harness to C540, again, only 12V present at pin ? (pink wire). Moving to the center console to the drivers window switch. I couldn't find power to any of the connector pins for the drivers switch, but the pins were so small, they were difficult to probe.

So, it would appear that somewhere between the fuse and the drivers window switch is a problem, and I read somewhere that at some point the wiring for the drivers window goes through the Vehicle Security Module (VSM) could it be the fuse box wire (not sure which for drivers window) that does. I wonder, as the other issues: door locks, keyless entry, etc. also go through the VSM, and it controls the supply of power to these features.

I use straight pins when I can't probe the small connectors. That way it gives you something to connect your leads to.
Check for power to the switch again.

Thanks for the tip, I will try that! I think I got into them, but it was just putting more pressure on the connector than I like.

you should have had 12V on pin 7 (Dark Green wire) of C540 see print 100-05
that gets it power from fuse #30

not trying to insult but your comment above has me somewhat concerned.

"My wiring/electrical prowess, or the lack there of will come shining through"

How have you been checking the fuses? With a meter I hope.

Need for you to check connector C270d which is at the fuse block for voltages on all pins and post results

No insult taken!

Yes, I have been using a meter, in a effort to find any voltage drops.

I will try and get to connector c2700 ASAP.

I did check the window connections at the console using the above mentioned "tip". I found 12vpower to the blue w/grn striped wire.

Finally got a chance to checkout connection C270d: I got 12v to all but the two upper yellow wires. The two That are bent slightly upwards in the picture.

Thanks for posting the picture. How many wires are on the connector? From the pic I only see 6 wires but the diagram shows that there should be 7.

Based on your post you have power on C270d pin 8 which is the dark green wire.
Yet at C540 pin 7 you report no voltage.

Have attached 3 prints

Look at print 13-05 you will see connector C211. This is a thru connector for the Dark Green wire.

You need to check for voltage (12V) at pin 7 on both sides of the C211 connector

See print 150-22 for pin layout and print 151-18 for the location of C211
