If you look at print 13-05 and trace the circuit you will see the power goes thru C211 the goes to both the door motor and the VSM since you didn't have power at C510 I would assume that you don't have power at pin 1 of C2113b at the VSM

When you installed the jumper you then had power to the door motor which shows a open circuit.

If you were to install a jumper from C211 pin 7 to C2113b pin 1 That would give you the 12V to the VSM and then the other circuits may work unless there is another problem elsewhere

Check back in the morning for some information as to what to do next

see attached print

the lack of power to pin 1 of C2113b will cause the door locks etc not to work

Check to see if you have 12V at pin 1 on C2113b see attached 150-109
if you don't have 12V you could try to jumper pin 7 of C211 to pin 1 of C2113b then try your locks etc.

Looking at prints 151-15 and 151-18 it appears that the part of C211 that you were able to get the 12V reading from is the outlet side of the connector. Although it would be nice if you could check both side of C211 for voltage.

Look at print 151-18. You will see C211 and the wiring harness 14A005.
From the information I have the splice S391 should be located in that section of the harness. FYI Keep in mind that harness goes around the whole vehicle and goes to the drivers side front door. So this could get very involved. But again I think the splice is in the first section of the harness.

You will have to remove the wrapping from the harness in order to trace the dark green wire.

Try the jumper again But before you put the jumper into C2113b pin 1 make sure you have 12V on the end that you are going to put into pin 1 of C2113b

I felt for sure that would have given you some result.

Okay left jumper in pin 1, checked pin 3, zero volts.

I ran a jumper to 3, and blew fuse #30. With the jumper in pin 3, I tried the door locks, and you can hear clicking, that normally wasn't heard without the jumper, from a relay near the VSM, but the door locks themselves still do not function.
