2011 Ford Expedition ( Instrument Info Center Lights ) So Dim you can't read them in Day Time

My wife's Monterey Van had the same issue. I think we had to replace the instrument cluster.

There is a video YouTube about some resisters on the cluster that need to have their soder touched up.
