Instrumentation and Indicator Backlighting

I just purchased a very nice 2008 Expedition EL Limited and was wondering about the instrumentation and indicator backlighting. I noticed that I have no backlighting on the steering wheel indicators, shift console, or the buttons above the nav/radio touchscreen (Info Ctr buttons) Is this normal or should I be looking to replace a fuse somewhere?
