Yep, looked everywhere in there, didn't see anything.
Guess I'm going to start pulling trim panels

It’s under the small forward kick panel. You don’t need to pry it. It rotates on two tabs on the rear. Helps to move the floor mat. Rotate in and then unhook the two rear tabs.
