interior parts help!!

Hello to anyone and everyone. I am the new owner of a '05 Limited was wondering where the best place to find some interior parts would be. I need the panel that covers the power seat on the drivers side (limited's have power lumbar) and seat belt height adjuster things for the back seat. Both work but the plastic is broken. I cant find them any where on the web but I am sure i am not searching by the right part name.

Any assistance or experience with these parts or problems would be great. I hate going to the dealer!

A useful site for part numbers is fordparts.com This site lists all part numbers, and give an " exploded " diagram of the part / location in the vehicle. Comes in very handy for me.
