Need help on install the liftgate part

I am trying to replace the liftgate wiper assembly for my 22' expedition since my wife broke the rear windshield. I ordered part (JL1Z-17C426-A) but not sure how to install the white plastic part. Does anyone can share me some picture on where it is installed? Thanks in advance!

This is a screen shot from the service manual. I cannot really see how the white piece fits in there but hope this helps some if any.
