Why are you not looking at private owner ones? Any dealer is going to be 2500+ or more on this price range of vehicle.

I have bought tons or cars in my days and only 3 have ever came from a used car lot. One would not start when I got there and had to jump solenoid on starter with pocket knife to start and it ran terribly, Next was a local trade in and sellers ad was still on auto trader at 6300.00 when I saw it on the lot and researched pricing online. Got that one for 5400.00 from lot. (he killed the guy on trade an other vehicle he purchased so it as still big win for him)
3rd was 300 under KBB if that means anything...but I went 4 hours south and it is absolutely rust free, never seen road salt. Now dealer still made a bundle on me since he got it at action much cheaper. But hard to go 4 hours away and frequent auctions until you find one.

Dealers are a bad choice and you have to be luck and at right time and work pretty hard to get a good deal.
Private sellers GIVE you a good deal so often as they want it gone or want to buy something else.
Craigslist and FB Marketplace is where to get a car now.

Price is quite high, miles are suspiciously low.. government typically auctions intact and functional vehicles at 125 - 175k miles, and SSVs aren't sold to individuals in USA (Canadians can buy em though)

I'd be way more comfortable with 130-150k mile vehicles, since I'd suspect an overpriced lemon here.... clean inside is even more suspicious for an SSV.

Also, $10k can get you a fully loaded Navigator of that age (same truck platform under the styling and gizmos, like Tahoe > Yukon > Escalade), not an empty SSV

If buying an SSV, spend $4k ('09-'10, ~150k mi) not $10k imho
Do not agree at all, price is reasonable if truck is rust free, do check out wear items like brake pedal, door handle etc. All trucks are not equal if maintained properly. Look at how these trucks hold up when some bone head hits you.
