I think they redline at 4900-5000 stock. I go up to 5250 before it shifts.

As far as mileage, the best I used to get was 18-19 on the highway. Granted, that was pretty much only highway miles when that happened, and me going 70ish. That was with tune (93 octane), no roof rack, 40 psi in the tires, and the other mods in my sig. Not sure if I had the AC on or not (could have just been vent).

Now I just get 13-14 city.

i read on here about how people are getting 24 mpg? im getting 15.3 on the highway. could bad c.o.p.s be the problem and would that also link to the 15 mpg?

I know this is an older post, but I run close to the same set up as you, 3/2 lift and 35's on a 04. I think we may never see 24MPG with this set up. I do the highway to work and back @ 55mph for 9 miles, about 5 miles city one way. I usually stick in the 13mpg range. The lift and tires are utilized as they should be and are not just for looks, so I am not complaining.
I remember in highschool, I bought a 85 F250 with a 460, 750 carb, and two gas tanks. Got about 7 MPG, and it only cost $50 to fill both tanks from empty, and that was only 8 years ago! I feel sorry for my kids when they start driving.

I would need to see some really good evidence of 20 mpg, i dont buy 24mpg from a 6000 pound truck with a v8 in it. Change the coil packs at about 90k thats when mine started failing.
