that sounds almost dirty. haha but this. http://www.amazon.com/DUAL-CB-ANTENNA-KIT-BLACK/dp/B001JT37VK i want something cheap so when i go to the desert i can communicate with everyone. but from all the reviews i see on other sites its not too bad for the price. works great. but all i need are the ant and cable. gotta see how much i have so i know where to mount them. rack or where nuts and 99expy have theres. im tired of having a cb and not being able to talk. haha so if its good and you like it let me know and ill order it in the morning.

It could be a good deal, the reviews look good, but I'm not sure how good the antennas are. It will probably work, but I'm just going to wait till I have extra money to buy firestiks

all right screw it. im buying it. its only $20. so i cant complain. well i spend $58 on this order. got my self a voltage meter as well. im going to make a custom center console soon so i can redo my switches all to red with an ipod mount and the volt meter. so ill let you all know when this all gets in.

You better Panda. . . lol If you don't like it, you'll at least have everything set up to swap antennas. Are you trying to put the voltmeter inline with something to watch the voltage? I can't wait to start getting parts for my truck to mod! I am still undecided how to set up the switches for mine, if I want to set it up to only turn on 2, 4, or 6 roof lights at once, and also get something with multiple switches to have the lights behind the grill on it too. but then I would have a hole in the dash from the one in there now, so probably keep that one like it is.

i will. and thats what i figured. if its not good i will upgrade when i have the moneys. so i gotta give the rest of my moneys to my girl. but next paycheck im hoping to do some more upgrades! hopefully new tires. that ad is still up. but where should i put these ants? im thinking rack since its easy. but also im thinking where you have yours. i might go to my old auto shop and see what iron he has laying around.

Since I don't have the lady anymore, all the money is mine . . . As for the mounts, the roof would work great since all of the antenna is above the vehicle. They say at 2/3 should be above the roof line for best range. I love the look of mine where I have them. The expy sucks as far as place for mounting antennas. . . Guess they didn't think a bunch of us would be getting them for off road rigs lol

haha i guess not! damn ford designers! haha well i want the roof, but i think i might go see what iron my teach has so i can put the iron below my kcs and put the ant there. i think that should work good and look good too. o should i do springs on them or no?

If you go with the roof, I think springs would work. I don't have a spring in mine and they have bent a little. I'll see how much give my 48s will have and I might go with a spring. I'll decide that when I get them.

me too. since these are also 4ft ill wait till i get them installed to figure out if i want them or not. i mainly want them now cause im planning on going to the desert in a few weeks and it would be a good idea to keep in contact with everyone.

They will work fine for that. Get some pics soon. I'm curious how the 4 fters will look on the roof. . . HUGE!! I've got a few extra bucks in the bank, and am thinking about looking around town tomorrow to see if I can find any 4 ft stiks. I can find them, but will see how much they are. And might try to find a PA as well. That will keep me happy until I get my headlights

get the one off ebay like i did. my uncle did and he was happy with his. they shipped his broken. he called them up and shipped a new one out immediately and my uncle shipped the broken one in that box. it works great and is nice and loud. http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-WEATHER-PRO...aultDomain_0&hash=item19c4221a12#ht_500wt_922 i dont know if this is the same seller, but its the same horn. i highly recommend it. i gotta move mine once i get new kcs cause im going to put my hellas where the horn is. idk where to mount it. only complaint is the cord isnt long enough. i also recommend going to radio shack and getting an extension cable of some sort and making it longer. and i might get this too. http://cgi.ebay.com/external-speake...ps=63&clkid=8862848862270236706#ht_500wt_1156 just cause mine has an external speaker output too. my uncles is nice and loud but then again his is right by his ear and he is also a little def. haha
