Jacking points on 2019 Expy

Seems silly to post this question, given that the new Expy's front (and rear) jacking points are illustrated on page 377 of the manual, but ... the diagram seems poor and I can't definitively match it up to the vehicle.

I've attached a picture of the driver's side suspension arms. Where are safe point(s) to jack it up and to place a jack stand?

The suspension arms don't have any particularly flat sections that'd make me comfortable with a standard jack or jack stand. Maybe I'm not adventurous enough

My only hint so far has been where this fellow placed his jackstands on an F150 (time index 1:04), and while that may be the ticket for jackstands on the Expy as well, I'd love corroboration as well as hydraulic jack point advice, too.

P.S. I'm angling to change the oil+filter, and plan A to just temporarily remove the air dam to slide myself in from the front didn't pan out when the sheer number of bolts (7) and plastic fasteners (8) on the air dam became all-too-disappointingly-clear. I've never had to jack up any other truck or SUV to slide under it, and was kinda shocked with the lack of clearance in front. I do want to trim the air dam sometime, but haven't got around to it yet.

Buy a set of ramps and be done with it, drive on drive off....

Curious about jack points also but I drove up on ramps to change the oil. I also had to use a ladder to fill the oil so there's that.

Thanks. I was considering ramps, but you need to take wheels off the ground anyway to rotate the tires, so an understanding of the jack and stand points seems useful regardless.

(And separately, was a bit concerned about the crushed RhinoGear Amazon reviews, and that some of the steel ramps apparently do not clear the air dam. Which ramp do you find to be unproblematic?)

It’s still a body on frame, jack up on frame rails. The owners manual cover this in the changing tire section.

There are even little arrows in the frame rail to mark the jack points. I use rubber to protect the frame from the jack and jack stands.

Fumoto drain valve and iirc that youtube is outdated, the drain plug isn't like that

There should be arrows cut into the frame rails where hydraulic jacks go. Also I can change the oil and filter on my 16 without even lifting it. Remove fabric behind air dam and reach arm in to unscrew filter.

I weight 190 lbs. I have no problem shimming under my 2018 Expy to change the oil, no jacking. I takes a little effort and experimentation at first. To remove drain plug, I shimmy in from side. To remove oil filter, I still keep air dam on in front, of course the dam will flex some as I shimmy.

im about the same size (ok im fatter)....but I was under mind last night looking around (I was installing Weather-Tech splash guards and one screw was giving me trouble).
it was tight but I was able to shimmy from front to rear (by entering the side)....I have the 'lectric steps too.

I'm gonna install a Ronin (no mess) oil drain valve - I'll use some ramps when I change the oil just to make things easier.
