I had a set of 22" rims in the garage, but as you may see in the pictures I have to get a set of bigger tires what sizes would be good...I don't want a huge size or should i just get a set of 24"?

With that kind of budget, you just need to find someone that does a really good job and get exactly what you want and let him know how you want it. BTW welcome. Glad to see someone else from Jax.

The bigger the rim, the less smooth of a ride. But it is up to you. I would want more tire in between the road and me making a smoother ride.
