Truck has 103k miles, very clean and runs strong. I had a few things I wanted to fix as they are more of annoyances

1. The driver door leaks air while driving over 60. I don't feel any air, just hear it, almost like the window is down a tick. I feel like it is around the door and not around the window. The rubber that seals the door seems to be in excellent shape, very pliable and no tears. Could the door be slightly off kilter? Doesn't seem to be, shuts properly

2. Rear wiper does almost nothing, not sure if a new blade would help or if I need a new arm or what

3. I am going to ask the dealer (where I bought it) but I don't believe we know the maintanence history on the vehicle. The fluids have all been changed and are still perfect. I've drove the truck about 1k miles so far. Can the dealer tell if I need a tuneup?

1. I've changed my speakers a few times. There is a plastic liner behind the door panel. If that plastic liner is misaligned or the butyl tape (tacki tape) needs replaced, you can count on wind noise. A couple of screws and your door panel comes right off, easy DIY job. Chances are good the door panels been off for a window motor or regulator replacement, speakers, etc.

2. Don't expect much from the rear wiper. Arm design has changed over the years (I have both) and neither do much.

3. You'll have a hard time finding a dealer or mechanic who won't tell you the truck needs something.

the weather strip may not be good anymore and that will create louder noise...make sure the windows are sealed all the way up too...it may look closed from the inside but on the outside it could have a gap

I did notice the windshield has a small gap in the gasket on the driver side, maybe that is the issue? How do you replace the window gasket?

I started getting wind noise when my drivers door hinge bushings started to wear out. When you open the door does it drop a couple mm? Other than that if the weatherstrip has been removed previously and wasn't glued back down it could also be a source of the noise.

I might ask my dealer to diagnose the issue and then hold off on them repairing it depending on the cost.
