They both appear to be about the same price-wise.
Does one have better results than the other? Build quality? Better filter?

Me personally would try to find something with a dry-flow filter instead of the oiled. I have one on my Expy and haven't had any problems.

Are they both oiled?

K&N, the originator of the market. They have been used in all of my vehicles for the past 20 years!

So I bit on the Airaid 401-231 which comes with the dry filter element.
It appeared that the K&N all came with oiled filters.

$310 delivered.
