9 days into owning a '24 Limited Max. Finishing a 1k road trip (will do break-in oil change soon). I noticed lane centering during cruise hugs on average 65/35 towards the middle (if 50/50 is perfectly centered). What makes it worse is it seems to hug 70/30 or more when there's a car in the other lane.

I noticed similar threads. Not sure if it's the default calibration or if it's a one-off for me.

Plan to have dealer recalibrate in June.

24 Expos are shipping with BC 1.2, correct? Try turning off the in-lane repositioning features if you don't want the truck to move over in the lane when there is another vehicle next to you.

Incidentally, my 2020 does a similar thing. It only has the lane-keeping "assist" where it corrects/nudges back toward the lane center when it wanders over to either edge of the lane. I notice that when I'm drifting toward the right edge, it corrects pretty close to the time the tires hit the right-side lane markings. Conversely, mine has to wander well over the middle/left lane markings before it corrects back to the right. It may not be specific to newer implementations of "lane-centering" or BlueCruise but perhaps related to how they "calibrate" the sensor(s).
