Latest service/warranty appointment

OK so I just picked up my Expy from the dealer after having an appointment to review some concerns I had prior to my warranty running out. The folowing were my concerns followed by their response:

1. Rear hatch window was leaking: The replaced one half of the weather stripping.

2. Paint on the hood had started to bubble: They told me to take it to a local body shop for an estimate then Ford will have to approve the project. (one a year and a half old)

3. My sunroof has started to make a slight rattling noise: Sorry but it was not severe enough to be able to do anything. Even so there is realy nothing they can do to fix it.

4. My driverside and rear driverside windows when roed half way down wil rattle.: Oh that is an Expedition thing not just mine al of them do that. (no joke that is what I was told. Please let me know if yours rattle)

5. My Sirius radio will not recieve the signal from Sirius.: Well we checked it out and there is nothing wrong must be a signal problem from Sirius. (OK sure)

6. When I turn my steering wheel I get a squeaking noise from the engine compartment.: Wel since there is nothing "broken" or a certain part has not faied yet warranty will not cover a repair to whatever it is. (has anyone had this issue yet? It is very annoying)

I just do not get the fact that ALL of the Expedtions windows rattle. They fell just short to say that it is a design flaw. Can anyone let me know if your windows rattle when they are down? As of now it only happens when I hit a bump

sounds like someone dosent want to bother with your problems, try a different dealer.

I was wondering what you've found out about your window rattling??? I purchased my brand new 2011 Expedition in June 2012 and have the same issue. I was also told that "all Expeditions" do this?! It is driving me crazy! I have noticed that if the window is rolled down a little bit, and rattling, if I push it down with my hand until it becomes snug it will quit. Does this mean I will have to do this forever??? I also had the main seal on my transmission (if I'm not mistaken) go out in the middle of a 600 mile trip. Had to have my hubby come tow me home on the car trailer I was towing! It was covered, but not the hotel/extra gas. Dealer said the issue was listed for mechanics to "look" at but not a re-call yet?! Now it's been back to the shop because the front heat/ac blowers went out, they said this was completely unusual....wait until I call them and tell them the back ones are now doing it. I love this rig, but I don't know how much longer I can takes the issues (

Mine does the window rattle as well. I don't have the windows at the half way point very often so it hasn't annoyed me yet. I need to get a copy of my warranty to see what is covered.
