leak at front of transfer case

Hi guys,

I have a small leak of what appears to be red fluid at front of transfer case... not in any way bad, not other problems with vehicle... which i guess i should say is a 99 5.4l expy with 76 k miles....how concerned should i be? I am assuming it is a seal..or no> and i am also assumoing fixing seal could be a a pita considering dropping the transfer case would not be fun... anyone with any knowledge would be great.. thanks...

well crawl under it and see where the leak is coming from... it could be the vent hose cracked like the one on my 03.
