today i put a piece of black fabric on the center councle lid to make it match the rest of the dash since i painted it black and i was just thinking. i hate my leather seats and dont want to spend like 300 on seats. i want to know if you guys think it would be possible to use spray adhesive to put on a thin piece of foam then some microsuade on that. the pray ahesive is very stickey so i think it would work, what u guys think?

my interior is in the process of being blacked out as well and i found that there is actually a spray paint for leather seats. not sure how well it works but i watched a video on it and it seems to work pretty well. might be something to think about.

I cant stand leather seats. Too cold in winter even in Atlanta. Too hot in the summer. Constant need to clean and condition. High maintenance. Give me good old cloth and I am happy.

Just dismantle the console lid, pull the old vinyl off to use as a template for the microsuade, apply some foam, a little adhesive and reassemble.

step back, open a beer and admire your creativity.
