yeah a spindle lift/coil and BL would make it sit just like that one... as for shocks you can run stock shocks but you run into the problem of less travel since you used a coil spacer... but there are shocks for lifts.... or save your cash and go with the RCD lift and have no issues and look just like the white one you posted...

should be the same as long as its RCD... i just found that link on ORW for 2wd since people had been talking about lifting them... but if you decide to go with RCD I would find the lowest price then call fourwheelparts.com because often they will beat advertised prices... or call other company's and see if they will beat other's offers... it usually works for me... but if your looking for 5" of lift compare the price and labor for a spindle + coil spacer + BL.... then see if maybe a RCD would be more practical.... plus with a RCD you could always throw in a BL and have 8"..... not trying to change your mind just giving my .02... I've built a few and in a year or so think why did I go that route... could have went bigger... but your doing the right thing... research before you lift your expy and lower you $$$$ fund...:D:D

spindles no. if you have the right tools. you need ball joint remover tool. i dont know the "right" name for them. but you get that and you can put the new spindle on. and new shocks is just 2 bolts. and you can put those bolts back in too.
