2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer: Rear liftgate glass will not open. It sounds like when the button is pressed there is a buzz. Any ideas?

Sounds like a faulty latch
Try pushing in on the glass when pressing the button otherwise you may have to remove the lift gate panel to get to the latch

You may want to spray some silicone spray on the latch once you get it open.
