Hello,
I have a 2012 Lincoln Navigator L and I just replaced the lift gate for various reasons. The new liftgate opens from the button(s) and remote but wont close. I have to manually close. The liftgate I got was from a 2010 but should be compatible. I tried the reset by disconnecting the battery and it did not work. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
