Light bulb replacement

2000 EXP,I just got ahold of two weeks ago wih 78 k org.miles.While driving at night i noticed theres no light on dash at heater controls.My question is,Is there supposed to be light there?[i,m almost sure there is as everything else is lit up] .And if so is ita bear to replace?Thanks,Paul

Yes its suppose to light up and no its pretty simple.....the trim ring around your radio and heat controls snaps off...the you will have a quick disconnect for the the 4x4 control...then there are 4 hex head screw that hold the heat controls in place...remove those and pull the controls gently toward you...there are plastic hoses and wires attached...the is I believe a blue wire and a black wire that leads to the the bulb...the bulb is a 194 and can get at any part store....
