Why do my second row doors have loads of water in them after rain?

Also, the rear camera acts up after rain and I see water in strange places (inside the car) on the back hatch.

Bottom of doors have two black rubber weep valves that need cleaning very often. You can pry them out and clean them, I take a air hose blow out the doors thru the hole . I have had them dribble for 2 hrs.
