from what i read though, those are from the newer chevy and he has since removed them cuz he said they sucked. why you want them that big anyway? you should be fine towing your boat with the ones you got. besides, all ur gonna do is break them off when you go wheeling!

I'm trying to figure out what year they are... I really want the new f250 tow mirrors with the leds in the mirror... but I just want to do something different and put on bigger mirrors that help when towing my boat... as for offroading... I usually don't wheel were there are a lot of trees... usually open logging trails and mainly farm land... I dont like trees they dont play nice....

true statement about the trees. if i had to guess, those look like the 2008 model chevy 2500 mirrors. can always google images and try it that way.

I like bigger mirrors too, but I do some wheeling around trees, but with the tow mirrors, you can fold them in, unlike the mirrors I have now.

This is one of the links from the thread you posted. Who in their right mind will spend $1600 on a pair of mirrors?!?! I don't care! I will get out of the truck and fold and extend them before I would ever pay that much for a set of mirrors.
