2016 Expeedition. Was about half way through a 3 hour drive home from a fishing trip. Everything was fine driving along at 65. All of a sudden I lose power and no acceleration. I got a message that said "Check Manual" and nothing else. It didn't shut down as I had power steering so I pulled to the side of the road and let it idle for a minute. I tried to accelerate and same thing. So i shut it off waited a minute and restarted it. The idle stumbled a little bit at first and then smoothed out. Put it in drive and it ran smooth as glass the rest of the way home.
I'm taking it in to have a mechanic put the scan tool on it to see what it was but thought I'd ask the collective here on what it may be.
