I lost my SecureCode card for my 2014 ford expedition. I have read the number exists on a sticker in bold around the fuse panel on the passenger side. I have searched and cannot find it. Has the sticker moved in 2014?

from all indications that I have read they don't put the number in the vehicle anymore. I could be wrong about that.
You may have to go to a dealer to get them to look it up

I do not believe they do that anymore. I took mine to the dealer and it took them 2 min to get me the code.

Getting the code from the dealer
I found a local dealer that changed me $29.00, but I had quotes up to $85.00.
