lowering a 4x4

need to know how to lower an expedition 2-3 inches to fill wheel gap...i do have a 4x4. the 1.6 and 1.8 in drop from eibach isnt enough to be worth the money

not really... just because its 4x4 doesnt mean it has to be lifted and have 35" tires put on it...just think of it as an awd vehicle...there is a lot of vehicles out there that are low and awd. just tryin to get that nice clean look.

not sure of any other kits. maybe call and ask them if they can custom make you a set for a 2-3 drop. or you can cut the springs

I got 20" rims...really wish I had 22 or 24...I thought about cutting but would rather not if I could avoid it.

I think anything more than the kit is going to cost you $$$$$.

Yeah really didn't want to cut...but rocking airride tech air struts would be very expensive after u buy them and the compressor n stuff. I'm in ohio and I do have a 6 lug. My ride is an 04. I seen one guy on here bought the eibachs and still cut them down to achieve the drop he wanted plus his was 4x4...I sent him a message but he hasn't replied back yet.

and for people giving you crap about lowering a 4x4. think of a jeep cherokee srt8. its a 470 hp awd that does over 162mph. just watched a show that was showing it on the Nürburgring passes aston martins and audis in the rain. besides put a nice engine in it and you have a great sleeper truck.
