I think you have a first generation Expedition...
If so, Ground Force has a kit for the 4x4 first generations.
It drops its 2" all around (unless you have air suspension, then its 1.5" I think)
Includes new shocks all around, torsion keys for the front, and coil springs for the rear.
I don't remember how much they cost exactly, but i think it was around $500 or so.
I lowered my 97 8" in the front and 6" in the back. Its not that hard, I did this six years ago. You need a torch to cut the keyway notches about an inch bigger and then use 2wd lowering springs in the back. Iv also lowered Navis/Expys with bags by turning off the bag pump (switch located in pass kick panel) unhooking the possition sensors (located front and rear) and pulling rod down, then turn on the pump and it will think its unlevel and lower. When you reach the highth you want turn the pump back off and hook your sensors back up. If you want it back to stock you just turn the pump back on and everything will go back to normal.
