I had a rebuilt tranny installed a few months back. It has performed well. Now with snowstorms looming tomorrow, I needed to get awd, 4x4 hi & lo, to work.
The first thing I did was look at fuses, then disconnected the battery-and reconnected. I was contemplating removing he panel with the switch in it, and wondered if there was any chance that a wire harness was not plugged in at the transfer case. I looked below, and sure as ****, I just had to re-plug the connection. Then my 4x4 light worked. I could hear the system working. A test drive confirmed all was good to go, at least for now. Bring on the snow storm.
