Here are some considerations. Higher pressure and more volume are probably better if the seals can take it. Since you are not doing a complete rebuild, your older seals, especially the rear seal, will probably not like the higher pressure. That being said, a known problem is the 1-4 bank getting oil starved since it is at the end of the line. This tends to affect the phaser and cam on that side.

If you trust your seals, I would go with the 360HV. It is not recommended, because the total system design assumed 60psi out of the pump. Without a total rebuild, you are pushing higher pressure against older seals and may find leaks in the future. If you have the cams off, check for signs of low oil pressure on the PX side. Put a Mike on the cam bearing and journal to check wear, there isn't a lot of tolerance here.
